A Gift For You.....

.....a "virtual" peach, some blueberries & some blackberries. Seriously though, just because you are all so awesome, from right now until Midnight tomorrow night {Wednesday, July 16th} I'm offering a 10% discount on purchases of $25 or more. You know the drill, just purchase what you want from the shop, leave the comment "Peachy" in the comments to seller section and then wait for me to send you an updated PayPal invoice for the discounted amount. I hope you can take this opportunity to snag something you've been eyeing. Don't forget to leave the "Peachy" comment, since this offer is just for my blog readers :)

So my whole yard is a wonderland of blooming things ~ like the berries & peaces shown above, plus these gorgeous Day Lilly Flowers:some wild ginseng:wild hydrangeas:a few lingering hosta flowers:and now the hosta has once again been discovered by the deer...
...I wish they would eat grass & weeds! No such luck, though.

Well, tomorrow we are going on a canoe trip with our friends Jerry & Suzanne ~ it's Jerry's Birthday!!! We are going to go on a 5 hour trip and have a picnic. It should be an awesome day, too. We are looking forward to it. I'll take plenty of pictures and blog about it later. For now, I'm going to steam some fresh snap beans and make some potato salad with some fresh picked potatoes that I got today from "Queen's Produce and Berry Farm". It's a local farm that is almost walking distance from my house! It's just awesome. Besides the veggies, I got a gorgeous bouquet of fresh picked flowers. Ah...life is good.

I hope your week is off to a good start! Happy Tuesday!!!

xxoo & peace always ~ Kathy

  1. We've had such a mild summer and lots of rain, so everything is blooming wildly and the wild blackberries are huge!
I found one big quince on my quince bush; the rest were shriveled up. Anyone know what to do with quince?
I have huge tiger lilies and a ton of fuschia 4-o'clocks.
I'll have plenty of seeds from the 4-o'clocks if you're interested.
    Thanks for the discount!
    Life is good.

  2. I wish you could send some of that rain this way! I think that's why a lot of my blueberries are drying up. I don't know anything about Quince, but I'll certainly take you up on some 4- o'clocks :) I think you have my address, but if not, your necklace is shipping out today and will have my address on the package. You're the best!!! I'm getting ready to write my canoeing blog ~ we had a BLAST!!!
