...I wake up and feel like my "light" is still off. Ever have that feeling? Don't you wish your brain had a chain pull...off at bedtime, on when you wake up! That would awesome! I wonder if our creator has a "suggestion box"...just a thought. Today is one of "those" days, but I'm waking up now! We had so much fun yesterday!! Anne & Mike hosted a "couples Mole' making class" It was awesome!
The Mole' was pretty awesome, too! I would never, in my wildest dreams, imagine all of the ingredients & preparing that goes into this!

Needless to say, it's not something you just "whip up". Each couple took home a gallon of Mole', so I'll have to be creative using it...should be interesting...
