Letting go and random acts of kindness...

I've decided that I need to start cleaning out some of my "collectibles" - things I use for photo props, craft stuff, etc., but, rather than give it all to Goodwill, I'm going to send things, randomly, to people on my mailing list...someone that has said something really nice to me lately, or done something for me, or has done something really nice for someone else, or is always encouraging others.  I won't be including any information in the package, rather than a small note, so you may, or may not, know who sent it...
...unless a little birdie tells you.  Hopefully, if you receive something random in the mail, it will make your day and encourage you to pay it forward!

Hope you are staying warm and cozy in this frigid weather!

love and peace always ~ Kathy

  1. What a wonderful idea Kathy! I'm always finding stuff around my house and think that someone would really like it and it is just getting dusty here. You are an inspiration!

  2. Great idea! You can also donate items to Helping Paws auctions on Facebook. I just take pictures of stuff and send it to Syd Banch and they auction it off through comments on FB photo albums and the money goes to pulling and venting animals that would be put down at animal controls throughout the US. She continues to amaze me with the way she will step up and pay for an AC unit for a shelter in TN or surgery on an old, blind dog that others would put down in IN. But either way, clean the slate and get organized in the new year!
