Steve Martin & The Steep Canyon Rangers



Well, I guess the rumor was true! Steve Martin showed up and played the banjo with our friends "The Steep Canyon Rangers". It was awesome! We had a great time at the "Mountain Song Festival", which benefits the "Boys & Girls Club" here in Transylvania County. I hope you enjoy the video!

    I'm not exactly going to say I hate you...but OMG I'm extraordinarily jealous of you.

    If you haven't had a chance, read his auto biography - Born Standing Up. It's worth the read and it will make you laugh, cry and be glad you were never a superstar.

    I'll have to check it out! You know, he's building a house up here and we are going to try to get him to come to "Music Monday" ~ wouldn't that be awesome! I know he would love it!
