Yay!

Okay, now I'm really convinced that Jen & Ozzy have some type of telepathy going on!  I usually write everybody's names on little strips of paper and then fold them a couple of times and toss them in the air.  When they land on the floor, whomever is picking [Ozzy or Lita], will usually grab one and run off with it...that's who the winner is!  But yesterday, when I tossed the papers in the air, Ozzy grabbed one, in mid air and ran off with it!  And, it just so happened to be "Jen" ~ so *yay* ~ Jen is the winner of those awesome Lilac earrings!!!  Whoo hoo ~ enjoy!!!  And thank you, thank you, thank you, for everybody helping me to narrow down my pics for the show at the gallery!  I still haven't decided which three to use, but at least I have it narrowed down.  And Jen, tell Grace "practice, practice, practice" ~ she's going to be an awesome nature photographer, I just know it!!!!
I'm on a roll making stuff, I have three shows coming up, so I'll talk to ya'll later!!!  Ya'll are awesome!!!!  Happy Tuesday!!

Much more cuteness & a winner!!!

a gazillion baby spiders ~ I love the way the mother spider incorporated all of these tiny flowers in her web.  Wouldn't it be wonderful to see a beautiful flower and a bright blue sky the moment you were born in the forest!  How awesome would that be!
And it must have been a day of baby spider births in general, because further down the trail I found these...looking at them closely, the way they are all huddled together, reminds of of two ♥'s ~ a large one at the top and a smaller one at the bottom.  So cute!

I'm exhausted!  We've been on a marathon shopping spree today, getting things ready for our milestone dual birthday party this Sunday!  So far, over 50 people have confirmed...it's going to be so much fun!  Of course, I'll have pictures afterwards to share :)

And, the moment you've been waiting for [insert drum-roll here]...Lita picked "Lateia" to win those awesome earrings!!!  Congratulations, Lateia!!  I think she picked your name because she thought it was hers ~ yeah, she can read!  Lol, maybe not read, but I know for a fact she can spell!  Please send me an e-mail with your mailing address, so they can be on their way to make your little ears happy!!  And thanks everybody, for your wonderful comments!!  If you didn't win, but would love a pair, you can purchase them on Etsy, enter the coupon code BLOGGER2011 at check out and get 10% off!

Hope you're having a wonderful week!!

We have a winner!!

I'm convinced that you somehow telepathically send messages to Ozzy when he's picking!  Congratulations!!  Those awesome earrings are on their way ~ enjoy!!

It's a beautiful day, so we are going on a hike!!  Life is good!!

Happy December!!

Hey everybody!!! Happy December! First off, I want to congratulate Jen!!! She won the awesome earrings from my last post ~yay!!! And then, I want to congratulate Kay! She won the $50 Gift Certificate just by shopping with her "Thanksgiving" discount! Yay!! Congratulations to both of you and "thank you" to all that left comments on my blog, and shopped with your "Thanksgiving" discount. Ya'll are the best!! And this week you can still get "free shipping" until midnight Friday, in both my Etsy shop and ArtFire shop. You still have until December 18th to have gifts shipped out for Christmas.Even though it's not looking a lot like "Christmas" yet, it certainly is starting to look a lot like "Winter" ~ I took this picture from my front porch....makes me want a cup of hot chocolate! And I have been fighting a nasty cold, but I think I'm on the upside of it now.

I'm off to make some new things!!! Stay warm & toasty!!

"American" Idol...whatever

I guess I was wrong about "American Idol" ~ I thought it was about the person with the "most" talent, not the person that "mostly" conformed to what "most" people perceive as an "American" Idol. So, as soon as I think this country is finally starting to step ahead toward equality, it takes two steps back. And not to belittle Kris Allen, he is crazy talented, too. Congratulations, Kris! But wow, what a show!!!! And speaking of "winners" ~ Lucky #2 {Jana} won the earrings from last week's post! Congratulations, Jana! And lucky for you, America didn't have to vote, or no telling who would have won :)And these awesome earrings "Horizon" are the give aways for next Wednesday! All you have to do to win them is comment on THIS blog post. Lita will be picking the lucky winner. Good Luck! And speaking of luck! Henry came back!!!!Henry is a giant rat snake that lives under my front steps. We thought he had gone away forever, since we haven't seen him in almost a year. And he came back just in the nick of time! The moles are having a field day in my gardens, so now Henry can, hopefully, take care of that problem, but he may need to invite friends. I never thought I would be "happy" about having a snake living under my steps, but when you see the damage moles can do, you welcome the snakes. Now I'm off to water plants ~ look what I found today:tiny little fuzzy peaches ~ and the tree is loaded with them :)

Happy Thrusday!!

...Ozzy picked #8, which is Barbara {he really liked that number, too. I had a hard time prying the little piece of paper out of his mouth}. Congratulations, Barbara!!! You are the lucky winner of these fabulous earrings from last weeks post:
