....you would think so, by the way they devoured that "fake crab" salad I tossed them yesterday! And, my sweet little donkey friend sure enjoyed the carrots.......and did you know that rabbits eat oranges! I learn something new everyday around here :)But this sweet little goat is still my favorite ~ he comes running to see me every time I show up. It feels good to be "loved". And speaking of loved, the winner of those awesome earrings from last Wednesday's post is Nichole!!! *Yay* ~ Lita picked #3. Be sure and check back this Wednesday {January 28th} for a chance to win something else {it's a surprise and you'll love it, I promise!}.
We are off to Hendersonville for the afternoon ~ have a happy Monday!!!!
♥ & peace always ~ Kathy

Thank you so so much! I can't wait to show them off!!
ReplyDeleteCan I have the goat too? Adorable! I need to convince my husband that we really do have enough property for one. They are such loves.

I hope you enjoy your earrings!!! Yes, those little goats are really precious ~ if you ignore them, they try to pop your bra straps through your shirt. This particular little fellow is a recovering alcoholic. He belonged to an elderly gentleman and they just sat around drinking all day. The man got too old to care for the animals, so my friends @ the farm adopted them. His favorite is Bud Light Longnecks & Jack Daniels Black. :)
ReplyDeleteMy chickens would have loved all of that. They really like watermelon and ticks...yuck. It's weird knowing what's actually in your eggs...horse poo, ticks, bugs....lol.
ReplyDeleteI'm in Texas nursing a sick son and hoping it doesn't spread to the daughter or to me. Wish me luck.
To answer your question.....yes, a chicken does have lips. We used to call one of my ex's Chicken Lips. Long story.......
ReplyDeleteHee hee ~ I had a recipe one time for "chicken lips". It was just very thin slices of chicken with seasoning and then fried. I remember I made them one time and a couple of people wouldn't eat them because they thought they were real "chicken lips"! City slickers, no doubt! Gosh Jen, I hope your son just has a little bug that's not contagious ~ it's probably just that "city traffic air" he's breathing. I don't even want to think about what's in the eggs I eat ~ chickens are really nasty when you think about to long :)
