It's That Time Again.....

...OMG!!! How have we even survived since May without American Idol! I hope this year is just as exciting as the last.....we'll see. Of course, they'll never have anyone as cute as Jason again *sigh*.....but this week's "give away earrings" are almost as cute! And they scream "Stardom":all you have to do to win them {the drawing will be Monday morning} is comment on this post. Even if it's just to say "Jason rocks". And speaking of rocks, I was totally inspired to create my own little moss garden, having seen & read the interview from "Made by Mavis", a "featured artist" on Etsy this week:I figured what the heck! It's not like I don't have a yard full of moss {literally}. I'm going to keep it fresh & try adding new little mosses as I come across them. It was freezing cold yesterday, so I threw together this one in about 5 minutes:and it's really cute & the perfect thing to do with that unused candy container that I've had for eons. It was actually in the box of items to go to goodwill, but now it's happy as can be and so am I!

    Happy Valentines Day to you, too, Kathy! Got the newsletter/email and I'm hoping to get a chance at those darling earrings. I wear my "You keep me hanging on" necklace all the time and get so many compliments! And OMG wasn't Jason just the cutest thing! It's just WRONG for a woman of my (ahem)age but he just brought out the long-ago teeniebopper in me. Just loved him and his laidback personality, and it will be interesting to see what his brother does this year on AI.

    Awe, thank you all!!! I feel so warm & fuzzy inside and it's really cold outside right now, but not near as cold as Chicago! Thanks for the sweet comments about my little moss garden, too. I really love it! I'm making my Mom one for her birthday, so I'll post pictures of that one, too. I have you all entered into the drawing for the earrings on Monday!     I can't tell you of all the compliments I have had on my necklace I got from you. Something told me to get it as I am starting on a rather new journey for me. I usually don't do anything out of my rut, but at the end of the month I am relocating to Nevada to start a new chapter in my life.     If you have gotten the moss garden, does that mean that Annie has gotten the dryer? & Yes, we are watching A.I. and have seen several new singers that we really like. Also, really like the new judge. We got our new red Smart car yesterday so now we each have one. If we win the earrings remember that our ears are not pierced.
