Look Ma ~ No Cavities!!

Yay!!! I finally went to the dentist today {after Wayne made me an appointment}. Now my teeth are all nice and clean and, once again, I have no cavities! I've never had one in my whole life. I get my teeth from my Daddy's side of the family. I just hope my bones are as strong. So, to celebrate this historical event, I'm giving these away:The are called "Mellow Yellow" {which is NOT the color of my teeth, by the way} and they are just gorgeous! Of course, if you don't win them, you can always grab up your own pair in the shop. And, all you have to do to win them, is comment on this post! That's it!! Lita will be picking a winner on Friday! Good Luck!!

Whew ~ I've been a busy little bee lately!!! Just look at all the new stuff I made last night {after 10 pm} ~ and it's all thanks to "Pandora Radio"! This is the most awesome thing EVER!!! Stacy, get ready for a new addiction! All you do is sign up {totally free} and then type in what you want to hear. The site automatically starts playing similar songs that you will probably like. If you don't like them, you can just check the little "don't like" thumbs down and it will not play that music for you again. For instance, I put in "Pink Floyd" and have been in 7th heaven ever since! Flash back music that has me motivated!!! So sign up and have fun!!! ~ here's the new stuff ~ tell me what you think:
"Mermaid Wisdom"

"Little Mermaid" ~ my personal favorite :)

"Knowledge Tree"

I'm just loving all of these new beads & pendants that I got from "Green Girl Studios" ~ they do amazing work ~ I hope you love them, too.

Happy Tuesday!!
♥ & peace always ~ kathy

  1. I'm loving all the new things. I've always liked pewter and that color and they're really cool.
I have a mouth full of fillings...I had 8 cavities at one time when I was a kid. Single mom raising 4 kids couldn't afford to take us to the dentist regularly. My kids do pretty well though.
    Life is good.
    Keep on truckin'.

  2. Yeah, I didn't go to the dentist that much when I was a kid, either. I just lucked out and got good teeth from my Daddy's side of the family. Broc's teeth are really good, too {thank goodness, since he hates the dentist}. Life is good!!!!! You're awesome, Jen!! You know I love you, right!!

  4. Interesting that there is a denture ad on the page with the "no cavities" message. :)

Beautiful work, very earthy, very wearable pieces.

  5. Oh gosh, I didn't remember that, Kim! I'm glad you're not a "snaggle tooth", as Mamaw Greet would say :)

  6. Hee hee ~ Hey Kaydee ~ I think "Google Ads" somehow picks up on words in my blog for their advertising. I'm going to try and get rid of that, if I can figure out how :)

  7. I do not know how many cavaties I have had. I did not have floride in my water until I was seven and moved to Meridian. Your mother was past High School. I have not had any in several years thanks to my hygenist Paige Watson.. Note: that was Little Ted not Alan that caused Kim's accident!!!! Enter me in the contest Aunt Pat!!

Hey, I thought I was the only one over age 30 without cavities. Way to burst my bubble, Kathy. LOL! Both of my parents had bad teeth due to well water. My mom attributes flouride in the water now for my pearls :)

Speaking of pearls, I love new mermaid necklace. I love when you do the beads all the way around the necklace like that--even if you need to raise your prices for them, there is a market! :D

  9. Just got my 1st cavity this year, at age 34. I can tell you they're no fun :(
I was the lucky winner of those Mellow Yellow earrings last time and I can honestly say whoever gets them will be overjoyed :)

I'm hugely addicted to Pandora!! Listen to it every day at work ~ couldn't get through the day w/o it!

  10. Oh no, Stacy! I forgot that I gave these away already. Oh well, if Lita picks you, I'll send you a surprise :) And Patsy, I should have know that was little Ted! He probably did it AFTER he ate a whole stick of butter {he was gross}. Anyway, Good luck!!!!

  11. Your jewelry is so beautiful! I love the earrings, they will go with so many things. I have to go to the denist today :(. I just had thyroid surgery on the 1st and Monday noticed that my back tooth is hurting. I think that I have a Wisdom tooth coming in :(. I never ever had cavities until I had my children... That goes to show they will drain you with your money and calcium from teeth...lol Have a wonderful afternoon!

  12. Hate the dentist!! Not only do I have cavities, I have crowns and my teeth are so close together I can barely get dental floss (I prefer dental tape) between them! Just got back from family wedding in Ohio, it was a blast! Life is good!

  14. Hee hee ~ ya'll are cracking me up! Shara, maybe since I only had 1 child {when I was 18}, my calcium stayed on my teeth. Now for my money....that's another story. And Chris ~ Life is good!!!!! Ya'll are the best!!! ♥
