Happy May Day!

I can't believe that it's already May! But, it's exciting because tomorrow is my Birthday *Yay*. I'm sure one of these days I won't look forward to birthdays, but for now, I still do. Yesterday we took Ozzy & Lita on a hike and came across this gorgeous wild iris growing on a ledge. Isn't it beautiful! They are really spread out when you start looking for wildflowers and you have to pay close attention to anything with "color" that may pop out of the leaves. And they are such a wonderful inspiration for me ~ like these beautiful little earrings I made and named them "Iris" ~ of course, not only for the flower, but for that awesome song from the "Goo Goo Dolls":

Well, I'm off to the Farmer's Market & the Huge Plant Sale! Wish me luck {my wallet, that is}. I'll share my finds with you tomorrow. In the meantime, I have to share Ozzy's stick fetching video from yesterday ~ I hope you enjoy it ~ he certainly did.
